I have owned the NC1s for 14 months. They are a neat product, but they are not the perfect stereo Bluetooth headset. The fit is the aspect that ruins it for me. The ear pieces fall out of my ears if I turn my head. They do come with two sets of ear gels and one set of foam, but that did not solve my problem. Now that it is winter I wear the headset under my hat and I am really enjoying them.

I mostly listen to podcasts with some Pandora. I find the audio quality pretty good. The four sound effect modes are fun to play with, but I usually do not use them.

For phone calls, I sometime get the complaint that it is hard to hear me, but with some adjustment of the left ear piece the problem is solved. There is sometimes a delay when answering a phone call with the answer button the headset, but I am not sure if that is related to my phone.

The controls are all located on the left ear piece. They are easy to use and learn.

Pros: sturdy construction, good battery lift, easy controls, the magnet makes them easy to wear around neck.

Cons: cord is rather stuff and can cause them to fall out of my ears, usb charging port is not standard, cannot pair with 2 devices using the A2DP profile, the blue light blinking (I wish you could turn it off).

Summary: good headset, but still not perfect. If they stayed in my ears, they would be the perfect headset.

I received the Lubix NC1s as a gift so I cannot comment on the seller.

For $20, it's not a bad deal at all. The sound is decent and it connected to my phone easily enough. My only complaint is that it doesn't fit in my ear snugly. I used it at the gym today and although it never fell out, the set would start working its way out occasionally. I was rowing and using the elliptical when this happened. I haven't ran with them in yet, but I can forsee a problem with them staying in. But for the price, they are a great deal and I'm sure I'll get lots of use out of them.

UPDATE: About 6 weeks after receiving this headphones they no longer work. The power switch is now inoperable and I cannot switch the unit on. At first, the LED would stay on when I shut the headphones off which drained the batter a bit faster (my phone would show them as being diconnected but the light would stay on). Eventually they would not power on at all. I ensured they were fully charged. The on/off switch simply quit functioning. Also, I could never get stereo headset portion to connect my laptop. It would only show up as a mono-style phone bluetooth headset for doing VOIP and such.
